LITTLE ATHLETICS TRAINING: Monday/Wednesday: (U6-8 4:30-5:30) (U9-U17 5:00-6:30) (Tiny Tots -Wed 4:30-5pm) SENIORS TRAINING: (From 6:30pm Mon-Thurs, timetable is available from the club) MONDAY NIGHT LIGHTS (Rec Running/Walking Group): Monday 6:20 for a 6:30 start/ finish approx. 7:30 -tea and coffee available afterwards

Home Meets for Little Athletes at Salisbury are Saturday Mornings of FUN, FAMILY and FITNESS at Bridgestone Reserve, warm ups from 8:30am. We have a few away Meets and Interclub Meets, for more details please see the calendar.

Seniors are held at Mile End Stadium SA on Saturday's. Please see calendar for more details.
